Return and Exchange Policy

While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or provide store credit for your unworn/unwashed items within 14 days of the delivery date. Due to the nature of swimwear, we do not offer refunds.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
  • Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
  • Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt, in form of store credit.
  • Store credit is redeemable online or by phone with a XquiX representative.
  • Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. Soiled garments will be returned.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
  • Accessories and clearance items are final sale, and cannot be returned.

Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier bar codes from package. NOTE: When returning merchandise, items must be shipped in acceptable shipping package. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. We do recommend sending your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed with your store credit information.

Credit Processing

If you choose to receive a store credit you will receive an email with your credit value that can be redeemed online or by phone.

Damages

XquiX guarantees its merchandise to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 60 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. This excludes technical suits which will be evaluated on a case by case situation to validate damage is not caused by user error or chemical damage related to pool conditions. XquiX or its affiliates merchandise are delicate and experience normal “wear and tear” over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost. Please contact XquiX for damages that occur after 45 days for more information and pricing.

Care Instructions

XquiX or its affiliates merchandise are constructed of the finest imported fabrics and trims that are delicate in nature. Many of the products are similar to fine lingerie and must be cared for in the same manner. All swimwear should be hand washed separately in cold water with very mild soap (we recommend specialty lingerie detergent) immediately after use. Lie flat separately or hang to dry.
